- Led platform-wide migration from monolith to microservices utilizing Cloudflare Workers, Workflows, KV, and Message Queues with clean architecture principles, improving system maintainability, reliability, and scalability.
- Led data layer migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL, redesigned schemas and migrated production data with zero downtime, improving query performance and data consistency.
- Designed, built, and optimized multi-tenant backend services and APIs supporting dashboards, POS, KDS, kiosks, widgets, and custom websites, enabling scalable operations across hundreds of businesses.
